Welcome to LoomGraph! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LoomGraph, operated by Ghost Labs LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By using LoomGraph, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

LoomGraph is a visual logic designer for game development. It allows you to create, edit, and export branching systems, dialogue trees, quest systems, AI behaviors, and other game logic through a visual node-based interface.

2. Account Terms

  • You must be 13 years or older to use LoomGraph
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use LoomGraph for any illegal purposes or to violate any laws
  • Upload malicious code or content that could harm our service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the game logic, graphs, and content you create in LoomGraph.

  • You own all intellectual property rights to your graphs and game logic
  • We claim no ownership over your content
  • You can export and use your content anywhere
  • You grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the service
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe on others' rights

5. Service Access

  • Free Access: LoomGraph is currently free to use with all features included
  • No payment or credit card is required to use the service
  • We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future, with advance notice to users

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to LoomGraph. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues. We are not liable for any unavailability of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GHOST LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ghost Labs LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of LoomGraph, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

  • You can terminate your account at any time through account settings
  • We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, you can export your data before account deletion
  • All provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall survive

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or through the service. Your continued use of LoomGraph after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
