- Graph Data: The game logic graphs, nodes, and connections you create
- No Payment Information: LoomGraph is currently free and does not collect any payment information

- Providing access to your account and stored graphs
- Providing and improving the service
- Sending important service updates (no marketing spam)
- Improving LoomGraph based on aggregate usage patterns

- Export: Download all your graphs in JSON format anytime
- Delete: Permanently delete your account and all associated data
- Access: Request a copy of all data we have about you
- Portability: Your exported graphs work anywhere, no vendor lock-in
Payment Information
LoomGraph is currently free to use. We do not collect or process any payment information. If paid plans are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

Third-Party Services
We use minimal third-party services, only for core functionality:
- No Payment Processors: LoomGraph is currently free and does not use any payment processing services
- SendGrid: Sends transactional emails only (account verification, password resets). No marketing emails without your explicit consent.
- Cloud Hosting: Secure infrastructure for running the application with encryption at rest and in transit
These services only receive the minimum data necessary to function. We never share your game designs or logic with anyone.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies for authentication and session management. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies that identify you personally.
Children's Privacy
LoomGraph is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years of age.
